Bio
I am a director and creative producer most recently with a branch of the publicly funded, independent Danish Broadcasting Corporation which focuses on developing cutting edge public service content for young adults aged 15-39. I graduated from the Danish School of Journalism and began my career in television as an investigative reporter back in 2005. Over the years I became interested in a more artistic approach to reality and narrative (examples of previous work below). Since 2009 I have thrown myself at strange and demanding projects. Within the framework of tv but across many different genres, the common denominator has been an experimental approach to a serious subject matter, often based on a fictional point of entry. Many of my productions have a strong element of lying and deceit, either within the story as it happened or in the narrative applied by me. Currently I’m exploring the possibilities of artistic research in and through cinema with the Master of Film programme at Nederlandse Filmacademie.Education

From The AIBs 2016:
Our judges told us they could not stop watching It Ends With Murder from Danish Broadcasting Corporation. The Production was masterful in its creative story-telling, as it recounted the human drama behind a range of murders in Denmark over the past decade or so. Although viewers know that the stories all end with the ultimate crime, the feat of holding the attention and building the suspense without the aid of a rich archive put this series into a class of its own. It was compelling story-telling that created tension, with remarkable interviews interwoven throughout the narrative. A deserving winner. From The AIBs 2013:
